Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 23 (CCL23), auch bekannt als MIP-3 und MPIF-1, ist ein kleines Zytokin, das zur CC-Chemokin-Familie gehört. Es ist auf 17q12 kartiert. CCL23 wird überwiegend in Lungen- und Lebergewebe exprimiert, findet sich aber auch in Plazenta, Knochenmark und einigen Zelllinien myeloischen Ursprungs. MPIF1 hat chemotaktische Aktivität auf ruhende T-Lymphozyten und Monozyten, eine geringere Aktivität auf Neutrophile. Ihm wurde auch eine hemmende Aktivität auf hämatopoetische Vorläuferzellen zugeschrieben, die Granulozyten- und Monozytenlinien hervorbringen. Darüber hinaus ist CCL23 ein Ligand für den Chemokinrezeptor CCR1.
