Das Break-Apart-Design wird verwendet, um Rearrangements zu untersuchen, die TACC3 betreffen, wobei die Trennung unterschiedlich markierter Sondensignale auf eine Störung des Ziellokus in vorbereiteten Forschungsproben hinweisen kann.
