NOL7 Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit NOL7.

Hintergrund

Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein lokalisiert sich im Nucleolus, wo es die nucleoläre Struktur und die Zellwachstumsraten aufrechterhält. Das kodierte Protein fungiert auch als Tumorsuppressor und Regulator der Angiogenese. Das RB-Tumorsuppressorgen rekrutiert Transkriptionsfaktoren zu diesem Gen und reguliert dessen Expression positiv. Für dieses Gen wurden zwei Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die dasselbe Protein kodieren. [bereitgestellt von RefSeq, Dez. 2015]
