Kaninchen-pAk gegen Cyclin C ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die Cyclin C betreffen.

Hintergrund

Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Mitglied der Proteinfamilie der Cycline. Das kodierte Protein interagiert mit der Cyclin-abhängigen Kinase 8 und induziert die Phosphorylierung der Carboxy-terminalen Domäne der großen Untereinheit der RNA-Polymerase II. Der mRNA-Spiegel für dieses Gen erreicht seinen Höhepunkt in der G1-Phase des Zellzyklus. Für dieses Gen wurden zwei Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die unterschiedliche Isoformen kodieren.
