EGF identifies epidermal growth factor in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 1950, UniProtKB P01133 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.
Biological function: EGF is a growth factor that binds EGFR and stimulates proliferative signalling in responsive epithelial and other cell types, supporting growth and tissue-regulatory responses.
