PF-4 Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit PF-4.

Hintergrund

Dieses Gen kodiert ein Mitglied der CXC-Chemokin-Familie. Dieses Chemokin wird aus den Alpha-Granula aktivierter Thrombozyten in Form eines Homotetramers freigesetzt, das eine hohe Affinität zu Heparin aufweist und an der Thrombozytenaggregation beteiligt ist. Dieses Protein ist chemotaktisch für zahlreiche andere Zelltypen und fungiert auch als Inhibitor der Hämatopoese, Angiogenese und T-Zellfunktion. Das Protein zeigt auch antimikrobielle Aktivität gegen Plasmodium falciparum. [bereitgestellt von RefSeq, Okt 2014]
