ARHGAP11A Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die ARHGAP11A betreffen.

Hintergrund

Dieses Gen kodiert ein Mitglied der Rho-GTPase-aktivierenden Proteinfamilie. Als Reaktion auf DNA-Schäden interagiert das kodierte Protein mit dem p53-Tumorsuppressorprotein und stimuliert dessen Tetramerisierung, was zu Zellzyklusarrest und Apoptose führt. Eine chromosomale Deletion, die dieses Gen einschließt, ist eine Ursache des Prader-Willi-Syndroms, und eine intronische Variante dieses Gens kann mit der Schlafdauer bei Kindern assoziiert sein. Dieses Gen wird in Darmkrebs und in einer humanen basaloiden Brustkrebszelllinie stark exprimiert. [bereitgestellt von RefSeq, Sep 2016]
