GRB2 Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die GRB2 betreffen.

Hintergrund

Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein bindet den epidermalen Wachstumsfaktorrezeptor und enthält eine SH2-Domäne und zwei SH3-Domänen. Seine beiden SH3-Domänen steuern die Komplexbildung mit prolinreichen Regionen anderer Proteine, und seine SH2-Domäne bindet Tyrosin-phosphorylierte Sequenzen. Dieses Gen ähnelt dem Sem5-Gen von C. elegans, das am Signaltransduktionsweg beteiligt ist.
