Fc-Fragment des IgG-Rezeptor IIa(FCGR2A) Homo sapiens Dieses Gen kodiert ein Mitglied einer Familie von Immunglobulin-Fc-Rezeptorgenen, die auf der Oberfläche vieler Immunantwortzellen gefunden werden. Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Zelloberflächenrezeptor, der auf phagozytischen Zellen wie Makrophagen und Neutrophilen gefunden wird und am Prozess der Phagozytose und der Eliminierung von Immunkomplexen beteiligt ist.
