p27 (phospho Ser10) Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die p27 betreffen.

Hintergrund

Dieses Gen kodiert für einen Cyclin-abhängigen Kinase-Inhibitor, der eine begrenzte Ähnlichkeit mit dem CDK-Inhibitor CDKN1A/p21 aufweist. Das kodierte Protein bindet an Cyclin E-CDK2 oder Cyclin D-CDK4 Komplexe und verhindert deren Aktivierung, wodurch der Zellzyklusfortschritt in G1 kontrolliert wird. Der Abbau dieses Proteins, der durch seine CDK-abhängige Phosphorylierung und anschließende Ubiquitinierung durch SCF-Komplexe ausgelöst wird, ist für den zellulären Übergang von der Ruhephase in den Proliferationszustand erforderlich. AKT- oder RSK-vermittelte Phosphorylierung an Thr-198, bindet 14-3-3, transloziert ins Zytoplasma und fördert den Zellzyklusfortschritt. Mitogen-aktivierte UHMK1-Phosphorylierung an Ser-10 führt ebenfalls zur Translokation ins Zytoplasma und zum Zellzyklusfortschritt. Die Phosphorylierung an Ser-10 erleichtert den nukleären Export. Transloziert bei Phosphorylierung von Tyr-88 und Tyr-89 in den Nukleus. Kolokalisiert am Endosom mit SNX6; dies führt zum lysosomalen Abbau (nach Ähnlichkeit).
