SLAF6 Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die SLAF6 betreffen.

Hintergrund

Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Transmembranprotein vom Typ I, das zur CD2-Subfamilie der Immunglobulin-Superfamilie gehört. Dieses kodierte Protein wird auf natürlichen Killerzellen (NK), T- und B-Lymphozyten exprimiert. Es durchläuft eine Tyrosinphosphorylierung und assoziiert mit dem Src-Homologie-2-Domänen-enthaltenden Protein (SH2D1A) sowie mit SH2-Domänen-enthaltenden Phosphatasen (SHPs). Es fungiert als Korezeptor bei der Aktivierung von NK-Zellen. Es kann auch hemmende Signale in NK-Zellen von X-chromosomal-lymphoproliferativen Patienten vermitteln. Alternatives Spleißen führt zu mehreren Transkriptvarianten, die unterschiedliche Isoformen kodieren. [Bereitgestellt von RefSeq, Mai 2010].
