Bindet an das proximale Sequenzelement (PSE), ein Nicht-TATA-Box Basispromotorelement, das diesen beiden Gen-Typen gemeinsam ist. Rekrutiert TBP und BRF2 an die TATA-Box der U6 snRNA. PTM:Phosphoryliert bei DNA-Schädigung, wahrscheinlich durch ATM oder ATR. Untereinheit:Teil des SNAPc-Komplexes, der aus 5 Untereinheiten besteht: SNAPC1, SNAPC2, SNAPC3, SNAPC4 und SNAPC5. SNAPC3 interagiert mit SNAPC1.,
