Rekombinantes humanes TNF-bezogenes Apoptose-induzierendes Ligand wird von unserem E. coli Expressionssystem hergestellt und das Zielgen, das Arg115-Gly281 kodiert, wird exprimiert.

Hintergrund

Humanes TNFSF10 ist ein Typ-II-Transmembranprotein mit einem intrazellulären N-Terminus und einer „TNF-Homologiedomäne“ (THD) am extrazellulären C-Terminus. TNFSF10 kann mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Rezeptoren interagieren. Zwei dieser Rezeptoren, die zur TNFR-Superfamilie gehören, DR4 (TRAIL-R1) und DR5 (TRAIL-R2/TRICK2), sind Plasmamembranproteine, die intrazelluläre Todesdomänen enthalten, die für die Aktivierung der Apoptose unerlässlich sind. TNFSF10 ist vielversprechend für die Krebstherapie, da es zytotoxisch ist und die Apoptose in der Mehrheit der malignen Zellen, aber nicht in normalen Zellen, aktiviert.
