EYFP-Tag Mouse mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die EYFP-Tag betreffen.
Das Gelbe Fluoreszierende Protein (YFP) ist eine genetische Mutante des Grünen Fluoreszierenden Proteins (GFP), ursprünglich abgeleitet von der Qualle Aequorea victoria. Sein Anregungsmaximum liegt bei 514 nm und sein Emissionsmaximum bei 527 nm. YFP ist dank seiner Eigenschaften, die für die Fluoreszenzmikroskopie nützlich sind, ein nützliches Werkzeug in der Zell- und Molekularbiologie.
