CK17 Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die CK17 betreffen.
Zytokeratin17 (CK17) ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das KRT17-Gen kodiert wird. Es kommt in Nagelbetten, Haarfollikeln, Talgdrüsen und anderen epidermalen Anhängen vor. Mutationen im Gen, das dieses Protein kodiert, führen zu Pachyonychia congenita vom Jackson-Lawler-Typ und Steatozystoma multiplex.
