CK8 Maus-mAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die CK8 betreffen.
Zytokeratin 8 gehört zur Typ B (basischen) Unterfamilie der hochmolekularen Keratine und existiert in Kombination mit Zytokeratin 18. Zytokeratin 8 findet sich primär im nicht-plattenepithelialen Gewebe und ist in den meisten Adenokarzinomen und duktalen Karzinomen vorhanden. Es fehlt bei Plattenepithelkarzinomen.
