Das Humane TBC1D13(TBC1 Domain Family, Member 13) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von TBC1D13.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem für humanes TBC1D13 spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, anschließend ein biotinylierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes TBC1D13 ist. Danach wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes TBC1D13, biotinylierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem TBC1D13 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD-Werte der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
