Das Ratten-RLN3(Relaxin 3) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von RLN3.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Ratten-RLN3 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für Ratten-RLN3 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die Ratten-RLN3, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Ratten-RLN3 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
