Das Maus PLTP (Phospholipid-Transfer-Protein) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von PLTP.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper beschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus PLTP ist. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus PLTP ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus PLTP, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus PLTP in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD-Werte der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
