Das Human EGFL7 (EGF-ähnliche Domänenprotein, Multiple 7) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsmessung von EGFL7.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes EGFL7 ist. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes EGFL7 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbveränderung, die humanes EGFL7, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbveränderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem EGFL7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der optischen Dichte der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
