Das Maus-PEBP1(Phosphatidylethanolamine Binding Protein 1)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsbestimmung von PEBP1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus-PEBP1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-PEBP1 ist, zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus-PEBP1, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-PEBP1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
