Der Humane CD5L (CD5 Antigen-ähnliches Protein) Mikrosampel ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von CD5L.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem spezifischen Antikörper gegen humanes CD5L vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes CD5L ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die humanes CD5L, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration des humanen CD5L in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
