Der Human TOMM70A (Translocase Of Outer Mitochondrial Membrane 70A) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von TOMM70A.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes TOMM70A ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes TOMM70A ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbänderung, die humanes TOMM70A, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem TOMM70A in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
