Das Maus IL7 (Interleukin 7) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von IL7 in der Forschung.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus-IL7 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-IL7 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen eine Farbveränderung, die Maus-IL7, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe einer Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbveränderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-IL7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
