Das Humane FABP1 (Fatty Acid Binding Protein 1, Leber) Mikrosample ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsmessung von FABP1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes FABP1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes FABP1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die humanes FABP1, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration des humanen FABP1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
