Das Maus KLK7(Kallikrein 7) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von KLK7.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus KLK7 ist. Standards oder Proben werden den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, gefolgt von einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus KLK7 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus KLK7, den Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbveränderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbveränderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus KLK7 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der optischen Dichte der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
