Das Humane EFNA4 (Ephrin A4) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Forschungsmessung von EFNA4.
Das in diesem Kit angewendete Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes EFNA4 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes EFNA4 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die humanes EFNA4, Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem EFNA4 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
