Das Maus-CPP(Copeptin)-ELISA-Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von CPP.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit Maus-CPP vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach eine biotin-konjugierte Antikörperlösung, die spezifisch für Maus-CPP ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird die TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-CPP in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
