Der ELISA-Kit für menschliches GLRX3 (Glutaredoxin 3) ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA-Kit zur Forschungsmessung von GLRX3.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für menschliches GLRX3 ist. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen hinzugefügt, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für menschliches GLRX3 ist. Als Nächstes wird Avidin, konjugiert mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die menschliches GLRX3, einen biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbveränderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbveränderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von menschlichem GLRX3 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
