Das Human PGLYRP1 (Peptidoglycan Recognition Protein 1) Mikromuster ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von PGLYRP1.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für humanes PGLYRP1 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach ein Biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes PGLYRP1 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes PGLYRP1, einen Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und ein Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem PGLYRP1 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD-Werte der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
