Product description

Das Maus MUC1 (Mucin 1) Mikrosample ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit für die Forschungsmessung von MUC1.

Testprinzip

Research target context

MUC1mucin 1, cell surface associated

View target guide

MUC1 identifies mucin 1, cell surface associated in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 4582, UniProtKB P15941 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.

Biological function: Mucin 1 (MUC1; CD227/EMA/CA15-3) is a heavily glycosylated type I transmembrane mucin expressed on the apical surface of many glandular and epithelial cells. It contributes to epithelial surface protection and lubrication and also participates in cell signalling and adhesion.
