Das Human CCK(Cholecystokinin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Messung von CCK in der Forschung.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit humanem CCK vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben, danach ein biotin-konjugierter Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes CCK ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Danach wird TMB-Substratlösung hinzugefügt. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung gestoppt und der Farbwechsel photometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration des humanen CCK in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
