GAPDH Rabbit pAb ist ein ELK Biotechnology Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die GAPDH betreffen.
Glyceraldehyd-3-phosphat-Dehydrogenase (GAPDH) ist als eines der wichtigsten Enzyme der Glykolyse bekannt. GAPDH wird in fast allen Geweben konstitutiv in hohen Konzentrationen exprimiert, daher sind Antikörper gegen GAPDH als Ladekontrollen für Western Blotting nützlich. Einige physiologische Faktoren, wie Hypoxie und Diabetes, erhöhen die GAPDH-Expression in bestimmten Zelltypen.
