MEK2 Kaninchen-pAb ist ein Antikörper von ELK Biotechnology für Forschungsabläufe, die MEK2 betreffen.
MEK1 und MEK2, auch als MAPK- oder Erk-Kinasen bezeichnet, sind Dual-Spezifitäts-Proteinkinasen, die in einer Mitogen-aktivierten Proteinkinase-Kaskade wirken, die Zellwachstum und -differenzierung steuert. Katalysiert die gleichzeitige Phosphorylierung eines Threonin- und eines Tyrosinrests in einer Thr-Glu-Tyr-Sequenz, die in MAP-Kinasen lokalisiert ist. Aktiviert ERK1- und ERK2-MAP-Kinasen.
