MEK1 Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe, die MEK1 betreffen.
MEK1 und MEK2, auch als MAPK- oder Erk-Kinasen bezeichnet, sind dual-spezifische Proteinkinasen, die in einer mitogen-aktivierten Proteinkinase-Kaskade wirken, die Zellwachstum und -differenzierung steuert. Katalysiert die gleichzeitige Phosphorylierung eines Threonin- und eines Tyrosinrestes in einer Thr-Glu-Tyr-Sequenz, die in MAP-Kinasen lokalisiert ist. Aktiviert ERK1 und ERK2 MAP-Kinasen.
