IκB α Kaninchen-pAk ist ein ELK Biotechnology-Antikörper für Forschungsabläufe mit IκB α.
Hemmt die Aktivität von dimeren NF-kappa-B/REL-Komplexen, indem es REL-Dimere im Zytoplasma durch Maskierung ihrer nukleären Lokalisierungssignale einfängt. IκBα-Phosphorylierung und die daraus resultierende Rel-abhängige Transkription werden durch eine sehr unterschiedliche Gruppe extrazellulärer Signale aktiviert, darunter entzündliche Zytokine, Wachstumsfaktoren und Chemokine.
