CD155 (Cluster of Differentiation 155), auch bekannt als Poliovirus-Rezeptor, ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen vom PVR-Gen kodiert wird. Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Transmembran-Glykoprotein, das zur Immunglobulin-Superfamilie gehört. Die externe Domäne vermittelt die Zellbindung an das extrazelluläre Matrixmolekül Vitronectin, während seine intrazelluläre Domäne mit der Dynein-Leichtkette Tctex-1/DYNLT1 interagiert. Das Gen ist spezifisch für die Primatenlinie und dient als zellulärer Rezeptor für Polioviren im ersten Schritt der Poliovirus-Replikation. Für dieses Gen wurden mehrere Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die verschiedene Isoformen kodieren.
