Apolipoprotein A-I-bindendes Protein, auch bekannt als APOA1BP, ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das APOA1BP-Gen kodiert wird. Das Produkt dieses Gens interagiert mit Apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I), dem wichtigsten Apolipoprotein der High-Density-Lipoproteine (HDLs). Es wird in einige Körperflüssigkeiten ausgeschieden, und seine Synthese und Sekretion werden in vitro durch Inkubation von Zellen mit ApoA-I stimuliert. Das menschliche Genom enthält verwandte Pseudogene.
