Der Transkriptionsfaktor HES-5 ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das HES5-Gen kodiert wird. Dieses Gen kodiert ein Mitglied einer Familie von grundlegenden Helix-Loop-Helix-Transkriptionsrepressoren.
