CXCL16 identifies C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 16 in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 58191, UniProtKB Q9H2A7 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.
Biological function: C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16; SR-PSOX) is produced as a transmembrane chemokine and scavenger-receptor protein that can also be released in soluble form. It binds CXCR6 and supports leukocyte chemotaxis and cell adhesion.
