CD93 (Cluster of Differentiation 93) ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das CD93-Gen kodiert wird. Das durch dieses Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Zelloberflächen-Glykoprotein und ein Typ-I-Membranprotein, das ursprünglich als myeloischer zellspezifischer Marker identifiziert wurde. Das kodierte Protein wurde einst als Rezeptor für C1q angesehen, wird aber heute stattdessen als an der interzellulären Adhäsion und an der Beseitigung apoptotischer Zellen beteiligt betrachtet. Es wurde festgestellt, dass der intrazelluläre zytoplasmatische Schwanz dieses Proteins mit Moesin interagiert, einem Protein, das bekanntermaßen eine Rolle bei der Verbindung von Transmembranproteinen mit dem Zytoskelett und bei der Umgestaltung des Zytoskeletts spielt.
