SELP identifies selectin P in Homo sapiens (Human). This target record connects NCBI Gene 6403, UniProtKB P16109 and related ABMIUM catalogue products.
Biological function: SELP (P-selectin/CD62P) is a calcium-dependent adhesion receptor on activated platelets and endothelial cells that supports leukocyte tethering and rolling, including through SELPLG/PSGL1.
