CD6 (Cluster of Differentiation 6) ist ein menschliches Protein, das durch das CD6-Gen kodiert wird. Dieses Gen kodiert ein Protein, das auf der äußeren Membran von T-Lymphozyten sowie einigen anderen Immunzellen gefunden wird. Das kodierte Protein enthält drei Scavenger-Rezeptor-Cystein-reiche (SRCR) Domänen und eine Bindungsstelle für ein aktiviertes Leukozyten-Zelladhäsionsmolekül. Das Genprodukt ist wichtig für die Fortsetzung der T-Zell-Aktivierung. Dieses Gen könnte mit der Anfälligkeit für Multiple Sklerose assoziiert sein. Für dieses Gen wurden mehrere Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die verschiedene Isoformen kodieren.
