Die Ectonucleosid-Triphosphat-Diphosphohydrolase-1 (Gen: ENTPD1; Protein: NTPDase1), auch bekannt als CD39 (Cluster of Differentiation 39), ist ein typisches Zelloberflächenenzym mit einer katalytischen Stelle auf der extrazellulären Seite. Das von diesem Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Plasmamembranprotein, das extrazelluläres ATP und ADP zu AMP hydrolysiert. Die Hemmung der Aktivität dieses Proteins kann Vorteile in der Krebsbehandlung mit sich bringen. Es wurden mehrere Transkriptvarianten gefunden, die verschiedene Isoformen für dieses Gen kodieren.
