B-Zell-Reifungsantigen (BCMA oder BCM), auch bekannt als Tumornekrosefaktor-Rezeptor-Superfamilie Mitglied 17 (TNFRSF17), ist ein Protein, das beim Menschen durch das TNFRSF17-Gen kodiert wird. Das durch dieses Gen kodierte Protein ist ein Mitglied der TNF-Rezeptor-Superfamilie. Dieser Rezeptor wird bevorzugt in reifen B-Lymphozyten exprimiert und kann für die B-Zell-Entwicklung und die Autoimmunantwort wichtig sein. Es wurde gezeigt, dass dieser Rezeptor spezifisch an das Tumornekrosefaktor (Ligand) Superfamilienmitglied 13b (TNFSF13B/TALL-1/BAFF) bindet und zur Aktivierung von NF-kappaB und MAPK8/JNK führt. Dieser Rezeptor bindet auch an verschiedene TRAF-Familienmitglieder und kann somit Signale für das Überleben und die Proliferation von Zellen transduzieren.
