Tartratresistente saure Phosphatase (TRAP oder TRAPase), auch saure Phosphatase 5, tartratresistent (ACP5) genannt, ist ein glykosyliertes monomeres Metalloprotein-Enzym, das in Säugetieren exprimiert wird. Dieses Gen kodiert für ein eisenhaltiges Glykoprotein, das die Umwandlung von Orthophosphorsäuremonoester in Alkohol und Orthophosphat katalysiert. Es ist die basischste der sauren Phosphatasen und die einzige Form, die nicht durch L(+)-Tartrat gehemmt wird.
