Das Humane bEP (Beta-Endorphin) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von bEP.
Dieser Assay verwendet die kompetitive Enzymimmunoassay-Technik. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit Human bEP vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, danach eine Biotin-konjugierte Antikörperlösung, die spezifisch für Human bEP ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, das mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP) konjugiert ist, zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet, und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Human bEP in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
