Das Maus ICAM5 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 5) ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsmessung von ICAM5.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem Antikörper vorbeschichtet, der spezifisch für Maus ICAM5 ist. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem Biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus ICAM5 ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur diejenigen Vertiefungen, die Maus ICAM5, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und enzymkonjugiertes Avidin enthalten, einen Farbwechsel. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und der Farbwechsel wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus ICAM5 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
