Das Humane CD30L (Cluster Of Differentiation 30 Ligand) Mikrosampel ELISA Kit ist ein ELK Biotechnology ELISA Kit zur Forschungsquantifizierung von CD30L.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte wurde mit einem für humanes CD30L spezifischen Antikörper vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden zu den entsprechenden Mikrotiterplattenvertiefungen gegeben, dann mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für humanes CD30L ist. Anschließend wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung gegeben und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur jene Vertiefungen, die humanes CD30L, biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und Enzym-konjugiertes Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450nm ± 10nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von humanem CD30L in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
