Das Maus-IL9(Interleukin 9) ELISA Kit ist ein ELISA-Kit von ELK Biotechnology zur Erforschung und Messung von IL9.
Das in diesem Kit angewandte Testprinzip ist der Sandwich-Enzymimmunoassay. Die in diesem Kit enthaltene Mikrotiterplatte ist mit einem spezifischen Antikörper für Maus-IL9 vorbeschichtet. Standards oder Proben werden in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen der Mikrotiterplatte gegeben und anschließend mit einem biotin-konjugierten Antikörper, der spezifisch für Maus-IL9 ist, inkubiert. Danach wird Avidin, konjugiert an Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP), zu jeder Mikrotiterplattenvertiefung hinzugefügt und inkubiert. Nach Zugabe der TMB-Substratlösung zeigen nur die Vertiefungen, die Maus-IL9, den biotin-konjugierten Antikörper und das Enzym-konjugierte Avidin enthalten, eine Farbänderung. Die Enzym-Substrat-Reaktion wird durch Zugabe von Schwefelsäurelösung beendet und die Farbänderung wird spektrophotometrisch bei einer Wellenlänge von 450 nm ± 10 nm gemessen. Die Konzentration von Maus-IL9 in den Proben wird dann durch Vergleich der OD der Proben mit der Standardkurve bestimmt.
